I’ve been experimenting with lentils over the last couple of weeks. We’ve tried lentil stew (yum, had that twice now), lentil bolognaise (ok, not really a substitute for the real thing though), and tonight we had lentil burgers… Now, this is probably the most adventurous veggie food I’ve made so far, so I have photographic evidence to show you (sadly lost in the interim years!). They are made from onion, mushroom, green lentils, parsley and mashed squash (I added that in the hope it would stick everything together).
3 hours of preparation and 5 minutes later they were gone. Great with ketchup though
